Responsible property media

AI and property accuracy.

Generated walkthroughs can help present authorized property photographs, but they can also introduce convincing details that are incomplete or wrong. People—not the model—are responsible for checking the final media and every claim around it.

You control publication.

Biyra generates videos; it does not place property listings or approve advertising. You are responsible for reviewing the video and meeting the rules for your use.

Where California Business and Professions Code section 10140.8 applies, digitally altered property images require conspicuous disclosure and access to the originals. Keep your source photographs and check the requirements with your broker or legal adviser. Biyra does not automatically create a compliant disclosure or public original-image archive.

Generated media is illustrative

AI can add motion and framing that were not captured by the camera. A video is presentation media—not a survey, inspection, appraisal, floor plan, or record of condition.

Details can change

Biyra is designed to stay grounded in your selected photos, but AI can still change geometry, finishes, boundaries, fixtures, views, or spatial relationships. Review every result.

Review before sharing

Compare the full video with the source photos and current listing information. Remove, replace, or regenerate anything that could give a misleading impression.

Know the boundary

What the output cannot establish.

  1. That a feature exists now, works, or is included in a sale or lease.
  2. Exact dimensions, scale, layout, lot lines, location, or legal boundaries.
  3. Condition, safety, code compliance, accessibility, or absence of defects.
  4. Market value, investment performance, neighborhood quality, or future results.
  5. The truth of text supplied by a user or inferred from an image.

A release standard

Review from source to final frame.

01

Begin with media you are authorized to use

Import from one public property listing only after confirming permission, or upload photographs you own or have permission to use. A URL does not establish accuracy or reuse rights.

02

Keep unverified facts out

Do not ask the system to invent or infer square footage, dimensions, acreage, room count, boundaries, school information, accessibility, condition, renovation history, amenities, views, or other property facts. A label, prompt, or generated scene does not verify a claim.

03

Compare the complete output

Review each frame, transition, crop, room label, caption, and sequence against the source photographs and information you have independently verified. Pay particular attention to altered materials, added or missing objects, impossible camera paths, and misleading scale or layout.

04

Correct before distribution

Do not publish an output because it looks plausible. Regenerate, omit, or clearly qualify inaccurate content, retain any disclosure required by the destination, and obtain any broker, owner, photographer, or compliance approval that applies to your use.

Before you publish

A practical final check.

  1. Every source image is authorized for this listing and use.
  2. Visual details match the source photos closely enough not to mislead.
  3. No property fact was created, inferred, or presented without verification.
  4. Labels, captions, audio, and surrounding listing copy are accurate.
  5. Required AI, editing, brokerage, and advertising disclosures are included.
  6. The final media has received the appropriate human and organizational review.

Accuracy is a release decision.
