Copyright and rights reports

You must have rights to the source material and your intended use of generated videos.

Rights before generation

Listing access or public visibility does not grant a copyright license. Confirm that source permissions allow AI processing, derivative video creation, and your intended distribution. You retain your source rights; output rights and their limits are described in the Terms.

Reporting a concern

Use the Contact page and choose “Something else.” Identify the copyrighted work, the material or URL you believe infringes it, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reply email. Include a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, a statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Do not submit passwords or unrelated private material.

Review and repeat violations

We may request further information, restrict access to material we control, and notify the submitting customer when appropriate. We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Biyra cannot remove listings or copies hosted by customers or other platforms; contact the relevant publisher as well.

Reporting channel limitations

This contact channel receives general rights reports. This page does not represent that Biyra has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor. Any formal statutory notice and counter-notice process must follow applicable law; inaccurate or abusive reports can have legal consequences.

Upload only authorized media

Upload only photos and other media you own or have permission to use for this property film.

Review every generated output

Generated motion can alter visible details. Before publishing, confirm that the result is accurate, does not introduce restricted material, and remains within your rights and licenses.

Publication requires separate permission

Customer media stays private by default. We share it publicly only when you give clear permission, and you can withdraw that permission.

Review path

Tell us what needs review.

  1. Identify the public example or publication reference when one is available.
  2. Describe the work, your relationship to it, and the specific use you want reviewed.
  3. Provide an email where our team can request supporting information.
  4. Our team records the report and may limit public display while reviewing it. Sending a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
