Quotes and purchases
Quotes do not spend credits. The pricing page is an estimate; the final quote reflects your selected project. Card purchases are currently unavailable. When offered, purchase price and conditions will be shown before payment. Credits are service units, not a bank balance or an investment.
Reservations and settlement
Confirming generation reserves the quoted credits. Successful completion settles that amount. An eligible cancellation or final failure releases the reservation back to the available workspace balance. Review the recorded status and credit history rather than assuming a browser interruption cancelled the work.
Retries and new requests
Automatic retries within the same generation operation do not charge the reservation twice. A new video or separately requested scene regeneration can incur additional credits; review and confirm its quote before proceeding.
Refund requests and legal rights
A returned credit reservation is not a cash refund. If you believe a charge is wrong or a delivered video has a problem, contact us with the project reference and describe the issue. Review is required; a subjective preference does not automatically establish a refund entitlement. Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy, or consumer right required by applicable law.
Current pricing: $1 per credit
Quotes are free. Credits pay for confirmed generation or separately quoted regeneration. They are not cash, a bank balance, or a promise that future purchases will use identical terms.
30 credits anchors 45 seconds
The current beta schedule prices the recommended 45-second walkthrough at 30 credits. Other supported durations receive their own exact quote before confirmation.

Receive an exact quote
Your verified photos, selected length, format, and film plan determine the final credit total. The earlier pricing-page number is an estimate until you reach this review.

Confirm and reserve
When you confirm, the displayed credits are set aside for this film so they cannot be spent twice while generation is in progress.

Use the amount you approved
Your project uses the exact amount you confirmed. Changes in our costs do not change your total.

Credits returned when eligible
An eligible cancellation before generation or a final failure returns unused credits to your available balance. Delivery issues are reviewed through support and do not automatically promise a refund.
