Credits and refunds

Review the final quote before confirming generation. Credit returns and cash refunds are different.

Quotes and purchases

Quotes do not spend credits. The pricing page is an estimate; the final quote reflects your selected project. Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. The price and purchase conditions are shown before payment, and credits are added after payment is confirmed. Credits are service units, not a bank balance or an investment.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold outside the workspace that bought them, and are used across walkthroughs, Photo Studio and virtual staging in that workspace.

When credits are held and used

When you confirm creation, we set aside the quoted credits. They are used when the video is completed. If creation fails or a cancellation qualifies, those credits return to your available balance. Check the project status and credit history: closing your browser does not cancel the work.

Photo Studio and virtual staging use the per-photo price shown before you start, charged for each successfully completed photo; unsuccessful photos return their reserved credits.

Retries and new requests

If Biyra automatically retries the same video, you are not charged twice. A new video or a separately requested scene regeneration can use additional credits; review and confirm the price before proceeding. Removing a scene from a finished walkthrough is free.

Refund requests and legal rights

Credits returned to your balance are different from a cash refund. If you believe a charge is wrong or a delivered video has a problem, contact us with the project reference and describe the issue. Review is required; a subjective preference does not automatically establish a refund entitlement. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable once added to your balance, except for duplicate or mistaken charges, which Biyra will correct. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; if a payment is charged back, the related credits may be removed. Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy, or consumer right required by applicable law.

Current pricing: $1 per credit

Quotes are free. Credits pay for confirmed generation or separately quoted regeneration. They are not cash, a bank balance, or a promise that future purchases will use identical terms.

30 credits anchors 45 seconds

Current pricing puts the recommended 45-second walkthrough at 30 credits. Other supported durations receive their own exact quote before confirmation.

Every balance change is recorded

Purchases, credits set aside for a film, completed charges, and eligible returns appear in your credit history.

Receive an exact quote

Your verified photos, selected length, format, and film plan determine the final credit total. The earlier pricing-page number is an estimate until you reach this review.

Confirm and reserve

When you confirm, the displayed credits are set aside for this film so they cannot be spent twice while generation is in progress.

Use the amount you approved

Your project uses the exact amount you confirmed. Changes in our costs do not change your total.

Credits returned when eligible

An eligible cancellation before generation or a final failure returns unused credits to your available balance. Delivery issues are reviewed through support and do not automatically promise a refund.
