Can I use the same credits for videos and photos?
Yes. All credit packs work across walkthroughs, Photo Studio, and Staging in your workspace. You do not need a separate pack for each tool.
When am I charged for Photo Studio or Staging?
Uploading is free. When you start generation, the confirmed total is reserved from your balance. Each successfully completed photo uses 0.20 credits in Photo Studio or 0.25 credits in Staging. Reserved credits for unsuccessful photos return to your balance. Regenerating a photo starts a new paid run.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase. Buy another pack whenever you need it.
When will my credits appear?
After payment is confirmed, your credits are added to the workspace where you started the purchase. Your balance updates automatically. Some payment methods take longer to confirm.
Do I have to use the whole pack at once?
No. Each walkthrough uses its confirmed credit amount. The rest stays in your balance for future walkthroughs.
What happens if my walkthrough cannot be completed?
Credits reserved for a failed walkthrough return to your balance. See our credit and refund policy for purchase refund terms.
