Is this a subscription?
No. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase. Buy another pack whenever you need it.
When will my credits appear?
After payment is confirmed, your credits are added to the workspace where you started the purchase. Your balance updates automatically. Some payment methods take longer to confirm.
Do I have to use the whole pack at once?
No. Each film uses its confirmed credit amount. The rest stays in your balance for future films.
What happens if my film cannot be completed?
Credits reserved for a failed film return to your balance. See our credit and refund policy for purchase refund terms.
