Privacy policy

Information you provide

We collect account identifiers and contact details such as name and email, authentication and workspace records, uploaded photos and brand assets, listing URLs and imported material, project instructions and settings, generated videos, credit activity, and messages or requests you send us. Source photographs can contain addresses, faces, possessions, or other personal information. Submit only information needed for your project and that you have authority to provide.

Technical information

Operating the service creates security and diagnostic records, including request and device or browser information, IP addresses where recorded, timestamps, session identifiers, errors, and activity needed to control access, investigate abuse, and maintain reliability. We do not ask you to submit passwords, recovery codes, or payment card details through contact forms.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, manage workspace access, import authorized photos, plan and generate videos, run automated quality checks, deliver files, manage credits, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Biyra generates media; customers control their property listings and publication decisions.

AI processing and service providers

Generating a video requires sending source photos, project instructions, and related generated material to AI service providers. The current pipeline uses Google Cloud Vertex AI, including Gemini for planning or quality assessment and Veo for video generation. Provider processing is part of generation, not an optional public publication.

Other recipients include hosting and storage providers, security and operational service providers, and authorized personnel who need access for support or operations. When enabled, Firecrawl helps retrieve listing pages, Resend delivers account email, and Google supports Google sign-in. Each receives the information needed for its function. Card purchases are currently unavailable; any future payment processing will be disclosed when offered.

Providers may retain information under their applicable service terms, security requirements, and account configurations. We do not promise that every provider has zero retention. This service uses AI inference to produce and check videos; this notice does not grant permission to use your private media for unrelated model training or public promotion.

Workspace access and sharing

Projects are private by default and access is controlled by workspace membership and permissions. Authorized operators and providers can access information as described here. If you create an unlisted viewer link, anyone with the link may view the video while the link is active, and recipients may keep copies. We do not place property listings for you. Biyra’s use of customer media in its own public examples or marketing requires separate permission.

Other disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or resolve disputes. A business reorganization or transfer may involve information subject to applicable law and this notice; we will provide notice of material changes to its handling. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service.

Cookies, preferences, and tracking

We use cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, and preferences such as preview playback. The current site does not use advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral advertising. We do not change this handling in response to a browser Do Not Track signal because we do not engage in that tracking. External sites and optional sign-in providers may collect information under their own policies when you use them. If our practices change, we will update this notice and implement any required choices, including applicable opt-out preference signals.

Retention and deletion

Finished videos and companion delivery files are available for seven days (168 hours) from release. Other media follows the Data Retention policy, including separate schedules for originals and working files. Account, credit, support, audit, security, and legal records may be retained for their operational or legal purposes. Active work, legal or security holds, backup cycles, and provider retention may delay complete erasure. A project deletion does not automatically delete your account or copies kept by recipients.

Your requests and California rights

Use the Contact page, choosing “Something else,” to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your data. You do not need to sign in or maintain an account to contact us. Include a reply email and a description of your request, not sensitive documents. We may verify identity and authority, including an authorized agent’s authority, before disclosing or changing information.

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or another applicable privacy law covers our processing, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment for exercising rights. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions. We do not require you to waive applicable privacy rights. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Security and processing locations

We use access controls and other technical and organizational safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security. Biyra is operated from California, and our providers may process information in other jurisdictions. We do not promise that data stays exclusively in California or the United States. Contact us before submitting material subject to special residency or regulated-data requirements.

Children

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Updates and contact

The updated date and version identify this notice. We will provide conspicuous notice of material changes on the site or through account communications before applying them, and obtain consent when required.
