An accuracy checklist for AI-generated property videos

An AI-generated video can look convincing while changing an important detail. Treat the finished walkthrough as something to inspect against your source photos, not as an automatic record of the property.

Compare architectural details

Keep the original photos available while watching the video. Pause at the beginning, middle, and end of each scene, especially where camera movement reveals or approaches an edge. Look for details that change shape or appear without support in the source image.

  • Doors and windows: count, position, frame shape, and openings.
  • Walls and ceilings: straight edges, joins, and proportions.
  • Fixtures and cabinetry: handles, taps, appliances, and built-ins.
  • Reflections: mirrors, glass doors, and shiny surfaces.
  • Exterior features: railings, rooflines, landscaping, and views.

Check the impression of layout and scale

A sequence of photos can suggest a route through a home, but it does not establish how rooms connect. Watch transitions for an impression of adjacency that your source material does not support. If the layout matters, verify it with accurate information about the property.

Wide-angle source photos and generated movement can affect how spacious a room appears. Do not rely on the video to establish dimensions, boundaries, accessibility, condition, or other facts that need independent verification.

Review branding and everything viewers can read

Check any visible signs, house numbers, logos, and watermark information. Small text may become distorted during generation. Make sure personal details, private documents, faces, or identifying information are not appearing unintentionally.

If you add a caption or description when publishing elsewhere, check it separately against the property facts. A visually attractive video does not substantiate a claim about amenities, area, neighborhood, or condition.

Decide whether the video is ready to share

Watch once at normal speed, then inspect questionable moments in detail. Automated quality checks can miss errors. If a material detail is wrong, do not publish that version as an accurate representation; revise the source selection or contact support about the result.

Keep a copy of the final file and the source images you used. Describe the video honestly as an AI-generated presentation where appropriate, and follow the destination’s current requirements. Biyra provides generation tools; the person publishing decides whether the result is suitable for that use.
