Photo-based AI walkthrough video
This starts with still property photographs and produces a video presentation with generated movement. It can be useful when you already have authorized listing photography and want a guided sequence viewers can watch from start to finish.
Biyra fits this category. You add photos, choose settings, prepare a plan, approve the credit total, and review the generated video. The result is not a measurement tool or proof that a camera traveled along the path the viewer sees. AI can alter details, so comparison with the source photos is essential.
On-site filmed walkthrough
A filmed tour records footage at the actual property. It can show continuous movement between rooms, someone presenting the space, or features whose behavior matters. Planning, recording, and editing are part of that workflow.
Consider filming when the relationship between spaces, live movement, or an on-camera explanation is central to the presentation. A video assembled from still images cannot establish the same continuous physical route. Filmed footage still needs careful review and accurate accompanying claims.
Interactive virtual tour
An interactive tour lets the viewer choose where to look or navigate among viewpoints instead of following a fixed video sequence. The capture method and available features depend on the tour system; some use panoramic images, while others provide additional spatial information.
Choose this format when visitors need control over exploration. Biyra’s current output is a video file, not a clickable 360-degree tour, a floor plan, or a measured 3D model. Avoid labeling a generated video as one of those products.
A practical way to choose
Write down the question the viewer should be able to answer. If it is “What are the main spaces and visual highlights?”, a short photo-based presentation may fit. If it is “How do these rooms connect?”, prioritize a reliable way to show their actual relationship.
You can use more than one format when it serves a real purpose. A brief video may introduce a property while an interactive tour supports closer exploration. Label each clearly, confirm permission for the source media, and review the result before sharing it.
