Which photos work best

Use one strong exterior or arrival view, then distinct rooms rather than several angles of the same space. Wide, level, well-lit photos give the AI the most to work with. Remove floor plans, screenshots and photos of other properties.

Longer videos need more usable photos, and the create page tells you how many more you need for the length you chose.

  • Exterior or entrance
  • Living and dining areas
  • Kitchen
  • Main bedroom and bathroom
  • Garden, terrace, pool or view

Choosing a length

30 to 45 seconds suits most listings and social posts. 60 seconds and longer works for larger homes with many distinct rooms. Shorter videos cost less: the price is 10 credits for every 15 seconds.

Checking the result

AI motion can change details such as window shapes, reflections or the view outside. Watch the whole video and compare it with the original photos before you publish it. If one scene is wrong, redo that scene for a proportional number of credits or remove it for free.

Questions

How many photos do I need?
It depends on the length. A short video needs only a handful of distinct rooms; the create page shows how many usable photos your chosen length requires.
Can I import photos from Zillow or another listing site?
You can paste a public link for one property. If that page cannot be imported, upload the photos directly. You need permission to use the photos either way.
Which format should I choose?
Choose horizontal 16:9 for MLS, YouTube and property websites, and vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
