How long should a real estate walkthrough video be?

Choose a length for the story you can show

Biyra supports walkthroughs from 15 to 120 seconds. Think about the number of distinct spaces, not just the number of files. Ten nearly identical views of one room provide less coverage than ten views of different parts of the home.

• 15–30 seconds: a focused introduction or a small collection of highlights.
• 45–60 seconds: an overview with room for the principal interior and exterior spaces.
• 90–120 seconds: a more detailed presentation when you have enough distinct, usable photography.

Let photo coverage guide the decision

The create page checks the usable-photo requirement for your selected duration. Wait until uploads are checked before deciding you have enough. A rejected file or skipped duplicate does not contribute to the usable count.

For example, a small set showing the facade, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and terrace may tell a complete short story. A longer presentation benefits from genuinely different rooms and details. Do not add filler images just to reach the required count.

Balance scene count and pacing

Automatic scene selection gives Biyra room to choose a count suited to the available photos and length. Choosing a specific scene count changes the plan; it does not make missing rooms appear or supply facts about the property.

Consider how much visual information each view contains. A wide open-plan room may need more time to understand than a simple detail shot. After preparing, review the selected scenes before starting generation. Watch the completed result at normal speed to judge whether it feels rushed or repetitive.

Check the price before starting
