How to make a real estate video from listing photos

Start with one property and a clear purpose

Decide what the video needs to show before uploading. An overview might concentrate on the exterior, main living spaces, kitchen, and outdoor area. A more detailed walkthrough can include bedrooms and secondary rooms. Keep every photo in the set relevant to the same property.

Gather the original JPEG, PNG, or WebP files when possible. A public listing URL is another starting point if import is supported and you have permission to use its photos. Public availability does not itself give you permission to reuse an image.

• Choose one strong establishing view.
• Add distinct rooms rather than several near-identical angles.
• Remove screenshots, contact sheets, and unrelated scenery.

Add your photos on the create page

Confirm photo permission, then paste the public HTTPS link for one property or choose files from your device. If a listing page cannot be imported, upload the authorized files directly. You can combine imported and uploaded photos in the same project.

Wait for the photo checks to finish. The usable-photo count matters more than the number of files you selected: duplicates or unsuitable files may not be accepted. The page tells you how many more usable photos are needed for your chosen length.

Choose settings and prepare the walkthrough

Give the walkthrough an optional name, choose its length, and leave scenes on Automatic if you want Biyra to choose the count. Add a watermark only if you want one; it is off by default. The estimate and your available credit balance appear beside the creation controls.

Select Prepare walkthrough to build the plan and obtain the final quote. Preparation does not start paid generation. Check the selected scenes and total on the same page, then use the final Create walkthrough button when you are ready. Changing the photos or settings clears the old quote so you can prepare again.

Review the result before publishing

When the video is ready, watch it from beginning to end. Compare important details with the original photos: doors, windows, room proportions, reflections, and outdoor features can be altered by AI. Automated checks help but cannot replace your review.
